This web service contains the functions for Warrant Request Confirmed TMA 2004 operation.

  Receives RequestInfo class object which contains required information for Warrant Request Confirmed TMA 2004 for the ticket. In return it will return ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation was successfull, if not it will return ErrorCode and ErrorMessage.
