VehicleMovedToAnotherLocation

Receives RequestInfo class object who contains required information to Vehicle Moved To Another location for the ticket,In return it will send ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation is successfull ,if not it will return errorCode and errorMessage.

Test
